Take this with a pinch of salt, but if true this is one of the clearest casting confirmations we've seen around Kojima's mysterious new work.

According to Eurogamer, Kojima used his appearance on the broadcast to give an update on both OD-Knock (styled in source as OD) and Physint. Eurogamer reports that both titles are now being published by Xbox, following news last week that Sony "stepped away" from what had been a PlayStation-exclusive project.
- Physint: Eurogamer says Kojima confirmed that Bill Skarsgård will play the lead role, joining previously confirmed cast members Charlee Fraser, Don Lee and Minami Hamabe. New key art was shown, reportedly taken by Kojima at a recent photoshoot, featuring costume and character looks for Fraser and Skarsgård. The game is described as "many years from completion", although Kojima promised more news soon.
- OD-Knock (OD): Kojima reportedly called this a mysterious horror project that will be "quite unlike anything we have seen before" and said "plenty of people will hate" it. Production is "proceeding on schedule" despite performance capture and ADR recording having been paused due to "last year's SAG-AFTRA strike". Kojima singled out performances from Sophia Lillis and Hunter Schafer as "intense and outstanding", and described OD as a new type of game that will "test the thresholds of fear".
