Per Eurogamer, users on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit noticed an Amazon Japan product entry for a Switch 2 version of 007 First Light that shows a 16th September release date. The listing reportedly remains online at the time of writing and the date has not changed, per Eurogamer.
The Switch 2 edition did not launch alongside the game on the other platforms in May, and a mid-September date would line up with IO Interactive's previous comments that we should expect to be playing the game on Switch 2 “sometime in the summer,” according to Eurogamer.
The Source & Credibility
Per Eurogamer, the primary discovery comes via an Amazon Japan listing spotted by Reddit users. Take this with a pinch of salt: Amazon listings have leaked accurate information in the past, but they can also be placeholders or errors.
IO Interactive has not yet shown First Light running on Switch 2, again per Eurogamer, so there is no visual confirmation from the developer to back the listing at this time.

Theuns Smit reportedly said the team wants to ensure the port reaches the quality they desire and that players deserve. Taken together, the listing plus IOI’s optimisation comments could mean the publisher is targeting a narrower window soon after optimisation progress is declared satisfactory.
There are obvious questions that remain open, and they are also noted by Eurogamer:
