007: First Light – latest official information (no new leaks this week)

There were no new leaks or rumours about IO Interactive’s James Bond game 007: First Light during the week of 18–24 March 2026. The latest official information remains from February when IO Interactive showed a story trailer during Sony’s State of Play. According to the PlayStation Blog and subsequent reports, 007: First Light is an origin story that follows a young James Bond as he is recruited into MI6’s 00 program. The trailer introduces characters such as M, Bond’s strict training instructor John Greenway and the charismatic villain Bawma, played by Lenny Kravitz, and highlights varied missions spanning Iceland, the Carpathian Mountains and the black‑market city of Aleph. The game mixes narrative‑driven segments with open areas where players can approach objectives creatively.

The developer confirmed the game’s release date has been moved from March to 27 May 2026. Pre‑orders include an upgrade to the Deluxe Edition at no additional cost. Beyond this official trailer and release date, there have been no credible leaks or new information. Any rumours claiming additional delays or secret gameplay features this week are unsupported by verified sources.
